your-domain.com/your-directory/setup.php in the browser.The wizard creates the access file itself, generates random security keys in it and removes itself from the server at the end. If that fails, it tells you which files to delete by hand.
Updating on the same server: back up, copy the new files over the old ones and open
migrate.php as an administrator. Your items, photos and users stay as they are.

ValuSafe is released under the MIT licence: you may use, modify and pass it on, privately and commercially. The only condition is that the copyright notice and the licence text are kept. The software is provided free of charge and without warranty; statutory liability remains unaffected.
